I have played this game for over a decade of my life, performed years of editing/research for one video. I wouldn't trade a single moment of it.
To every clan that lived it, fought for it, and trusted me to tell it, this one's for you!
History Of Clans - Finale Trailer
On October 29th, @YouTube sent an email out to all creators about their updated community guidelines surrounding gambling content.
No longer would gambling sponsors be allowed in videos, which is completely understandable, and they gave all creators until November 17th to edit these segments from their videos. Fortunately for me, I had made a decision to stop taking gambling sponsors months prior to this, and had already removed all gambling from my videos.
Unfortunately for me, YouTube seem to be insistent on using AI to detect community guidelines violations, and have now (so far) removed two of my videos for breaching the updated community guidelines, even though I cut these segments out of my videos exactly like they had instructed in the email.
They very specifically said to edit out these sections using their in built video trim tool, which is exactly what I had done, yet my videos were still wrongfully taken down. Why the AI flags portions of the video that have been cut out and aren't visible on YouTube, I do not know, but I do know that it is dumb and potentially very damaging not just for myself.
Of course, I requested a 'manual' review of these decisions and was quickly met by a denial, being told that the decision was correct and final.
It would be nice if someone could actually manually review these, rather than getting an automated response from YouTube less than 20 minutes after requesting the review.
Not only is it annoying that two videos have been removed, it is extremely concerning that many more could potentially follow, even though I have done exactly as YouTube requested and removed any violating content from all my videos.

@peachiee_o@FancyOrb_ I did not travel across 13 countries and 48 franchies stores studying TCG business etiquette to hear this whimsical business strategy.
The district manager for your region will be hearing about this.
Think of the poor customers!
@peachiee_o@FancyOrb_ I will not have this slander, you need to get back to the real world Peachieeo, your poor employees will have to carry their stock across 4 different locations making your restock time twice as long! How will the customers feel when their favourite plushie is out of stock hm???
@FancyOrb_@peachiee_o I’m not in the store right now, I’m at a TCG Managers Conference in Southern Alaska.
I’ll send pictures when I return from this important and valuable learning experience.
@FancyOrb_@peachiee_o This is ridiculous, look at the table placement, it’s all over the place. And don’t even get me started on this monstrosity of shelving arrangements.
You need to put some respect on my merchandising skills.
I would never let this happen.
Respectfully though of course…
This morning I woke up to a copyright strike fraud on my newer Youtube channel called "Big Brollow". This user on discord reached out to me asking me to pay him 200$ in order to have the claim removed. He also then admitted to doing this as a "Side Hustle", committing multiple fraudulent claims on other creators. People should not be able to get away with doing this. The copyright system on Youtube is not safe for creators @TeamYouTube@YouTubeCreators
