@FedEx is the ACTUAL worst. Spent 400 dollars to overnight a package with frozen breastmilk and two days later I still haven’t received it. Shipped the same package with UPS and received it on time. Absolutely unacceptable. DONT USE THEM. ship @UPS

@JetBlue Is something going on with the website? No matter what browser or OS I use, I get an error ("Oops! Something went wrong!") every time I try to book with TrueBlue points. Have tried google chrome, safari as well as the jetblue app

My 7am flight was changed to 12:30pm without being notified and there are no morning flight in the foreseeable future.

@JetBlue I had a flight scheduled for Saturday June 30 from FLL to BOS but when I look on the jetblue website there isn’t an option to book a flight for that day. I haven’t gotten a cancellation email so I just want to make sure the flight is still happening.

@JetBlue Now rebooked on a 5pm flight leaving FLL that's delayed until 9pm. Legitimately ridiculous, especially since we were on time for the flight

@JetBlue Flight 570 leaving FLL was delayed until 220pm. Showed up at the airport at 130 & was told boarding had already started & we couldn't get on
