@nxwestmidlands Maybe you might inform the drivers , two 35 waited over 10 minutes at Gooch street with not a clue , eventually went completely bizzare diversion , back on route but way off time and both beyond brain-dead when told by customers of diversion , madness

@nxwestmidlands is the 49 bus actually running from Solihull , bus arrived , driver vanished and now missed departure time , bus prior never arrived or went early , not at all good enough

@nxwestmidlands Nope no bus has arrived at all , I ha e been at Solihull stop since 6pm waiting 49 towards rubery, informed by people here bus left just prior to 6, earlier than scheduled , tracking on apps but no bus stopping , several passed or parked out of service no idea what original buses

@nxwestmidlands why is the 35 not doing the normal diversion down parsons hill, then mass house onto Shannon road and straight up as that is completely clear and had been all afternoon , also 45 can easily goto man on the moon, from the green straight up as it has in the past

@WestMidRailway Crazy I got to station web site showed line reopened and trains running , staff said different had to take coach then at Stourbridge a total no idea , 7pm train according to web tracking came and went , but no train and no staff anoucments , then magic 7.30 in

@nxwestmidlands what is happening on service 35 bham to hawkeskey , 5 scheduled buses at kings heath have not arrived, meanwhile 12 50 severice buses have a passed so clearly no issue in city , when is a 35 expected ? None showing on maps or apps at all on either direction ??

@nxwestmidlands I have no idea what your controllers are doing but the past 4 days service 35 has had 1 hour waits , yes there are traffic lights causing an issue but it's a ten minute service so 1 hour wait meadlns you have no idea on controlling the service at all, fix this
