Here’s the thing, your Premier has more power to make your life miserable than our PM. It’s your Premiers running your province & destroying HC, Schools, Housing etc. The PM is helping you financially with multiple programs, that’s assuming your Premier signs up for them for YOU!
I fully agree with this. Thanks for your advocacy.
I’m curious though, why were you were so quick to sign and celebrate a multi-year funding agreement that included the supports for learning funding level for this year and no additional amounts for the next three.
The NDP said the national pharmacare plan would have significantly improved the lives of people in Saskatchewan with diabetes. The plan would have covered the cost of supplies, like syringes & glucose testing trips, for diabetes patients who need medication & monitoring.
Anyway, you just met your public ed narrative going into the school year/campaign. Reporters will be dutifully lined up on first day, asking parents/students how they feel about phones.
Instead of:
- underfunding
- lunch program Sask Party isn't working on with feds
- arbitration
Everyone in SK needs to see this. Here is the clip of @randyweekes revealing harassment and intimidation he was subjected to while in his role as Speaker of the Leg.
@SaskParty MLAs and staff have a lot to answer to. Wow. #skpoli

Yes, that was me.
As Official Oppositon, it's our job to question potential conflicts of interest by govt members and ministers.
Reiter seemed to suggest otherwise.
These are serious allegations, and they need to be raised by our Critic for Ethics and Democracy.
Enough is enough
In 2017, the Sask Party took full control of public ed in Sk. The elected school board reps have no power and zero autonomy.
With the help of school board officials, we’ve downloaded the cost of public ed onto parents, which allows us to give tax breaks to corporate donors.
I am an STF teacher. I am confident that the president, executive, and senior STF leadership are representing my views, listening to teachers, and are standing up for public education. This is a flimsy attempt to create an appearance of division in a unified membership. #weareSTF

The Premier of Sask, Scott Moe, just introduced his own Sask Carbon tax with no rebate to replace the fed tax that comes with a rebate.
Way to own the libs on the back of the people you serve.
Suckerz! 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Negotiation is a two-way street, a conversation between two parties to find common ground and solutions.
A take-it-or-leave-it offer with zero meaningful engagement from government isn't negotiating.
Saskatchewan students and families deserve better from this government.
Thanks, @trudykeil! We did some marking, too.
If you’ve helped send nearly 400,000 emails (and counting) to government through Tell Them Tuesday, you may have received this new form letter response from @jeremycockrill.
We’re going to need a new red pen.
