#Experientialteaching = kinesthetic, tactile, digital, dynamic, flipping, and #workclassroom

[Kjell Fenn @kfennconsulting]

#Workclassroom engages students by making the classroom a workroom, they are expected to work

You want the US to continue being the dominant figure in the world? Invest in education, not in politics.

[Kjell Fenn @kfennconsulting]

Is #common_core based on #finland's model of curriculum? (broad standards)

[Kjell Fenn @kfennconsulting]

#sex_education is the parents' job, not the school's.

[Kjell Fenn @kfennconsulting]

@HuffPostEdu Look at the student make-up: who's being tested? US tests all kids; others test a selection

[Kjell Fenn @kfennconsulting]

Intern'l testing is a farce: look at student make-up. US edu is compulsory for all / Look at world innovations; most are from US

Should college professors be required to take a course on adult learning theory?

[Kjell Fenn @kfennconsulting]

Teacher college coursework should have much more clinical/practicum experience, starting in 3rd year

[Kjell Fenn @kfennconsulting]

PD should be an on-site endeavor with an expert/consultant as guide and facilitator, helping develop a plan, not being the while show

[Kjell Fenn @kfennconsulting]

I think best philosophy of an educational leader is "teacher-focused, student-centered"
