Sometimes armour is not enough.
A protocol that offered protection has stabbed its users in the back.
A story of centralised corruption and personal greed interfering with insurance policy.
@ArmorFi is not to be trusted.
We speak to their victim.

@chaoticth0t @mhluongo@thestillnessin@RobertMCForster Buddy, I already addressed your points in the Nexus Mutual Discord. You're spending all day twisting the facts and trying to steer every tweet into making @ArmorFi look like the victim. What is your relationship to them, can you disclose that?
@quanquani@RobertMCForster@ArmorFi I understand what you mean. I responded to some of the tweets directly, but the whole story is too long to comprehensively address everything in tweets, and some of the details and nuances could be missed. That's why I need some time to compile all the evidence, etc.
@kferretcrypto @chaoticth0t @thestillnessin@RobertMCForster Can confirm. @kferretcrypto has been high integrity in all of our dealings, including multiple opportunities where he could've profited at others' expense, without their easy recourse.
Unfortunately people now seem to be trying to do that to him.
@thestillnessin@DeFi_Ted@coin_artist I am not a VC. I am actively involved in crypto since 2011, I run nodes, and make open source contributions. I earned my money through crypto and entrepreneurship, which was a lot of sacrifice for many years. I became an angel investor this year and made 2 small investments.
The most selfish response ever.
This guy has been part of;
Minerva - cash grab and now gone (2017 ICO)
$COIN - yes this guy is part of the group that tried heavy legal tactics against @coin_artist yet complains about a user with a genuine claim against a lying founder.
@chaoticth0t @thestillnessin@RobertMCForster@NexusMutual@ArmorFi If someone robs you, would you fight back to defend your rights? Or just silently back down? There is nothing inherently wrong with a lawsuit. It's one tool society gives us to resolve serious disputes. Certainly being robbed of over a million dollars is a serious dispute.
@RobertMCForster Oh, trust me, I have no desire to participate in your platform at all. I have not made any transactions outside of exiting $ARMOR after this went public, just left things as they were while I have been focused on dealing with this.
@chaoticth0t @thestillnessin@RobertMCForster Anyone who has worked with me before knows that this is not accurate. I have been involved in crypto since 2011. I do not intentionally cause conflicts and I strive to always do the right thing even if I do not benefit directly. https://t.co/jKg8eTLOeA
I don't know much about @ArmorFi. But I do know @kferretcrypto as one of our early community members, and he's proven to be trustworthy, time and time again.
@thestillnessin@RobertMCForster I give back to honest and legitimate businesses that are trying to do a good thing and build something people need. That's who I want to support, not an operation that robs its stakeholders at the very first opportunity.
@chaoticth0t @RobertMCForster@NexusMutual Yes, I invite anyone to read this screenshot. It is me calmly asking if they could pause the payment while a court decides who is right and who is wrong in a dispute over the payment. And also me saying that I don't want to hurt Nexus Mutual. Is that so bad?
@RobertMCForster@ArmorFi Additionally, don't try to blame all of your price movement on me. The market decides the price based on many factors, and whether the founders are honest and trustworthy is a pretty big one.
@RobertMCForster@ArmorFi Why would I want to bring the price down? I was one of your biggest holders, wouldn't it have been better for me if the price went up? If it was only about money I would have sold before going public with my story instead of disclosing to the community first.
@RobertMCForster It's really simple. You guys have the power to stop this and start working on regaining the trust of the community by doing the right thing. Digging your heels in when you know you did the wrong thing is just going to make things worse.
@RobertMCForster I am not a VC. I have been deeply involved in crypto since 2011, I operate nodes, and make open source contributions. As an entrepreneur, I have made many sacrifices and worked extremely hard to earn my money. I recently started angel investing to give back.
@RobertMCForster I made this statement to emphasize that I have the resources to defend my rights and won't just back down. Those of us who are able to fight back need to fight back. Doing so will protect everyone, including the little guys. Please don't selectively quote my words out of context.
@RobertMCForster@ArmorFi I think when all of the facts come out, everything will be extremely clear. The thing is I have absolutely nothing to hide. The more that is revealed, the better. I don't think you guys can say the same.
@ArmorFi@Crypto_Briefing If you make an edit to the article because of this, please get in touch with me as well, I would love an opportunity to respond.
