When you buy a house and the council house next door with a massive dog leaves the fences like this. @LancashireCC response is it's the tenants responsibility. The fences are dangerous, & the dog has got through the fence. @Westlancsbc . So to keep my dog safe I have to pay 😡

@LancashireCC I'm shocked that you tell me a council tenant is responsible for maintaining these fences. They are falling in to my garden and are dangerous. These will cause serious injury or a fatality. you then expect me to pay to have posts and fences replaced 😤
