This is merely my ignorant opinion, haven't written any fics myself yet and I know that perspectives of these characters differ immensely, etc. but one idea if u want it:
Putting immense emphasis on the # of povs may not be as important as putting actionable story beats into the character's perspectives,or the establishing of opportunities through the character's strengths. Blaze is more analytical, level-headed (barring rage), and could be considered a foil in an emotional aspect to silver's headstrong ambition. - not that blaze herself isn't determined ofc.
Find different ways the established story beats can be built and utilized to show blazes strengths, ground it with the weaknesses, and if Blaze's interactions with the world don't grow/elaborates on her character, see if silver works better as the perspective, and vice versa.
This is me speaking as a fan of ur work, and not meant as a critique, just ideas. You do great work and I can't wait for the next chapter regardless!
