Would've been satisfied with the supervisor calling me and apologizing for the missed delivery (I wasn't looking for a full refund), but this is just ridiculous. I don't trust calling @Instacart back again (for the third time) and attempting to speak with their reps - so x it is.

The @Instacart rep told me I was in the wrong for not calling right away (I've only ever used the app for help requests) & that they couldn't offer a fix, claiming that my help request never came through on their end even though I submitted it 2x and received confirmation.

But the supervisor never called. My issue was apparently marked as resolved by someone at @Instacart even though I never heard from the supervisor (hence it wasn't resolved). Never been ghosted by a company like this before and honestly so disappointed by this whole experience.

Sorry to be that person using x to complain, but @Instacart has majorly dropped the ball. My shopper delivered groceries to wrong house; I submitted help request through the app; notified that I'd receive response w/in 24 hrs. Response never came, so I called customer support.
