@shadyladycakes One thing that I have been thinking about is why none of the men recorded her saying the things they claim she said. McLeod recorded the “consent” videos, why not just record what they claim she said? I am going to suggest it is because she never actually said those things.

It was the collective defence lawyers who brought the motion to proceed by judge-alone. They elected to proceed by judge-alone.
