Here's a story about @Wendys and their horrible customer service. My daughter places a mobile order and goes to pick it up at one of the many in Plant City area. She gets there and the manager refuses to give her the food because "they never received payment"

Guy takes the info, takes my number and says a district manager will be following up in a day or two. A day or two go by and nothing, so I give them a call again. They say they are going to up it expedite the process. Still haven't received a call from anyone.
