@HPSupport .. on Tuesday I bought a OJ6950 printer with 2months trial on HP ink. Setup disaster. Black setup cartridge leaked on me, on the carpet, everywhere. HP Virtual Assistant is pretty dumb and cannot answer the obvious Q.. how do I get a replacement black setup cartridge?
