I’ve never had such a disrespectful and upsetting flight before - especially traveling with family and a baby - and think that no one flying on @AmericanAir ever should.

Last night I had the most horrific and stressful flight experience on American Airlines @AmericanAir flight 769. I politely asked the lead flight attendant if I could slip past him in the galley to get back to my baby and my seat and he ignored me. I waited for a moment then

what to expect at our destination. Long story short, there was no police waiting for me when we landed, but there was police waiting for him. I’m still in disbelief at this @AmericanAir flight experience, which was not only poor #CustomerService but also abusive and stressful.
