You're not at the mercy of how other people have treated you. They don’t control your destiny. Stay encouraged; your time is coming. God is not going to leave your account in a deficit.
You have to pass the test of overlooking insults, ignoring what people are saying, not paying attention to the critics, those trying to discredit you. They wouldn’t be talking about you if you weren’t making a difference, if you weren’t shining brightly.
When you turn it over to God and trust Him to be your vindicator, trust Him to work out His plan for your life, then you’ll not only feel that weight lift off of you, but you’ll begin to dream again. You’ll see the new things He has in store.
Pain will change us. How the pain changes you is up to you. You can come out bitter, or you can come out better. Don’t just go through it; grow through it. There is purpose in your pain.
Forgive the people that did you wrong. They hurt you once; don’t let them continue to hurt you. They can’t stop your destiny unless you allow them to. You’re not forgiving for their sake; you’re forgiving for your sake.
There is a fight for your future, but what I want you to see is that it’s not your battle. God is fighting for you. The enemy may send the storm, opposition that looks too big, but don’t worry; God controls the winds. He overrides every negative force.
God can go around what’s blocking you. He can go over who’s trying to stop you. He can go through the opposition. He can move someone that’s holding you back out of the way.
Keep the attitude of, “It’s on the way. Any moment, it’s going to happen.” Expectancy, looking for it, believing it’s going to happen, that’s your faith being released. That’s what allows God to do amazing things.
