I went all-in: one product, one flow — milestone escrow that protects freelancer and client onchain, start to finish.
→ Pin the client wallet on-chain
→ Edit draft deals if a deploy fails
→ Hardened dispute arbiter

3/ New: pin the client's wallet at deal creation.
The escrow locks to that exact address, enforced on-chain in signTerms(). Any other signer reverts.
Leave it blank and it stays open ("first signer wins"). Open deals for speed, pinned deals for certainty
