you guys are not ready for how amazing trading can be
insilico has grown, but maaaaan we’ve done an amazing job on hiring
brains for the new engine is @khaidot
I’m not rushin, I’m polishing lol I’m telling you guys

Coming soon to Insilico Terminal: Server-Side Execution & Conditional Orders
Your algos will keep running even if you close the browser tab, your laptop sleeps, or you swap devices.
Conditional orders will allow you to trigger execution automatically.
it feels like we are accelerating towards multiple singularities at once, not just technological, but capital, cultural, and political singularities also
tech -> agi
capital -> multipolar reserve assets
political -> dissolution of hegemony
cultural -> algorithmic NPCification
2025 was the best year ever for Insilico Terminal!
Our biggest product updates, a full redesign, content and education - all coming together to facilitate $170B+ in traded volume.
We wrapped up the year with daily updates through our Advent Calendar.
If you missed any of those (or earlier releases), this thread covers everything that changed in 2025 🧵
Vibecoding is all over the timeline. Building good software and solving almost any problem has become so easy. It’s really just a matter of curiosity, the ability to structure your abstract idea into workable architectures and plans, and the willingness to iterate with your agents over your to-do lists and to build it.
Mind you, an AI or LLM doesn’t magically write the best code or design the best possible architecture. And having a CTO or experienced dev review your plan or code for real production projects will save your ass more often than you’d think. But using AI will still do the job and somehow work. It’s pretty much Pareto: with only 20% of the effort and time, you can achieve 80% of the result, which is usually good enough to present and use, i.e. reach an MVP.
In a saturated world full of vibecoded frontends, analysis apps, and beta-stage software, you won’t stand out just by making yet another dashboard. Understanding user demand and steering the product as a whole will be much more important, and where you can set yourself apart from the mass of vibecoders. But remember: even the best product is nothing without an entry (w)edge, distribution, user retention and participating in the fight for attention (at least somewhat). And lastly, other humans in your loop.
I genuinely love AI, and I’ve been using it, among other things, to code and build software since the early ChatGPT and Claude versions in mid/late 2024. I’ve spent thousands of dollars/euros on usage and tokens, mainly via Cursor. That leads me to the question of whether this early-adopter stage will evolve into a bigger economy. Certain parallels to the early crypto gold-rush vibe and its current economy are striking:
An attention economy emerges: Tokenized Capital market - Vibecoded Product market
The biggest profiteers: Exchanges (Binance, Hyperliquid) - LLM companies (OpenAI, Anthropic)
UI/UX enablers: Execution frontends (Insilico Terminal) - IDE-integrated AI assistants (Cursor)
An extremely addictive promise of "You can make it": Trading/gambling your net worth - Building your software and product
Net loss of participants: 90%+ of retail day traders lose - 90%+ of retail vibecoders will spend thousands on tokens and never make money
And what remains is an endless sea of: Coins and tokens - Vibecoded apps
So, where next?
Computer science is returning to the hands of physicists, mathematicians, and electrical engineers as LLMs automate much of what is currently defined as software engineering.
The center of gravity is shifting away from manual code writing and toward deeper theoretical, mathematical, and systems-level reasoning.

Today’s drop: Conditional orders and Algorithms on Server (Beta)
This feature enables server-side execution and unlocks:
- Set conditional orders that are placed automatically when defined conditions are met. Conditions can be based on price, time, candlestick close, or candlestick volume, with full AND/OR logic support across all order types.
Example: “Start a chase buy order when the BTC 15m candle closes above 89k and the time is after 30/12/2025.”
- Chase, TWAP, and all other order types continue running even when the browser is closed.
- Support for longer TWAP durations, up to 30 days.
- Full order history synchronized across devices.
Currently available on Hyperliquid, Bybit coming next. More exchanges to follow and feature expansions to follow.
Comment below how you would use these features for your trading to have a chance for beta access; access will be rolled out gradually.
