@TicketmasterCS My refund reference is: 43-49726/UK3. I filled out the form and it stated it would take 28 days, again, this has come and gone but still no refund.

@TicketmasterCS I submitted a form which was sent to me by yourselves for a refund. It’s been over 28 days and still no refund. This issue has been going on since April. I need to speak to a human not message as this is becoming increasingly frustrating.

@TicketmasterCS 13972156 Bryan Jefferson responded to say the refund will take 10-15 days but now as the concert has happened all I get is an auto response saying the event has taken place and nothing can be done.

@TicketmasterCS I requested a refund on tickets back on 2nd April 22 to which I had a reply saying that my refund will take 10-15 days. 3 weeks later I’m still waiting on a refund. I have emailed on a number of occasions but no luck in actually getting a response from an actual person.
