@joti77 Defense’s refusal to do alternate presentation is all part of the plan. Katangahan ng defense, kumagat sila by refusing it. Prosecution knows that the defense will prolong the impeachment by flooding it with a lot of evidences and witnesses when it’s their turn to present.
