I will never forgive those that set up a “kangaroo court”, under the guise of a parliamentary inquiry, to investigate the Council I led.

It was wrong and hurtful to me and my family, and as I have always said, “the truth will prevail.

It was a pleasure to unveil the much-anticipated Hurlstone Park Community Centre over the weekend.

Community members will soon be able to gather at the multi-million dollar facility and make use of the meeting room, kitchenette, accessible amenities and outdoor balcony area.

A historic show of faith by the Muslim community overnight!

Thousands of people came together as Haldon Street was closed, a sea of worshippers joining in Tarawih (prayers).

We welcomed the newest citizens to our Australian family in a special citizenship ceremony held at the Orion Theatre in Campsie yesterday.
