@PSPCLPb When I got the needful done and presented the papers 2 days back, he then said you need to get the papers written and signed by the judge to allow electricity connection on the place.

@PSPCLPb 8557945943 the person contacted yesterday regarding overdue payment. On asking the amount, he said just deposit 30000 on a qr code. I checked online bill which was not generated. I told him the same that I won't deposit on QR code, please check why bill not generated.

@PSPCLPb Where I met SDO Jasbir Singh, who told me u need to get a new connection now as old meter is cut, I told him that there is an undergoing case with the landlord due to which registry can't be availed. He asked me to get the case details written on a paper from the lawyer.

@PSPCLPb With reference to above issue, the power has been cut since March with no resolution till date. Earlier the person came and told that the connection will be resumed. Citing some strikes he was delaying the matter. Ultimately I visited the pspcl suvidha kendra at RK road

@PSPCLPb With reference to above issue, there is a lot of harassment from (VVWG+4CM, RK Rd, Link Road, Ludhiana, Punjab 141003)
The old meter was cut deliberately without any notice. The person delayed the resolution citing strikes at pspcl office.

@SBICard_Connect The manager AMRIK SINGH rudely persuaded me repeatedly to sit on the chair, to which i declined, telling him to return my cash or else confirm the transaction status where it is. Ultimately i left the branch, and sharing with you the incompetent behaviour of staff at link road.

@SBICard_Connect deposited amount 37000/- into my credit card ending 7155 (txn carried out by GAURAV WADHWA PF NO 1019140) at LINK ROAD LUDHIANA, BRANCH 01840.
He assured payment will be credited into credit card account instantly, later on rudely told there is some server issue

@SBICard_Connect More than 24 hours have passed, and when I visited the branch again, the same person redirects me to another lady - BALDEEP KAUR nd tells me that she is the manager of credit cards - she says she doesnot know anything as she is a new joinee and she doesnot even have a computer.

@SBICard_Connect She further redirects me to manager of the branch - AMRIK SINGH (picture attached), who now tells me that I should not have paid through cash, but through YONO app as cash can go to any wrong account. Told him that the person who took cash assured me there will be no issue.
