Hi @TalkTalk - we have a fault with our line since yesterday. Your support suggested that it will take 2-3 working days to fix the fault. This is too long for any household to be without a landline or internet access (1/3)

@TalkTalk This is especially serious as we don’t have any mobile coverage in our area, hence no access to emergency services. This has become a frequent occurrence that our phone and internet are disrupted for extended periods of time due to faults with your network. (2/3)
