@stccare_ksa @stc_ksa @CST_KSA @X شكرًا @CST_KSA على إتاحة خدمة رفع بلاغ عدم تجاوب، حيث تم فتح شكوى رقم GR0000208185 ضد @stccare_ksa لعدم الالتزام بخدمة العملاء مما سبب أضرارًا مباشرة لي، إضافة إلى إزعاج الجيران نتيجة تمديدات أسلاك غير سليمة ومتدلية مع احتمالية خطر.
نرجو من هيئتكم التدخل العاجل ومحاسبة المقصرين

@AliExpress_EN Despite never receiving the item, AliExpress still kept my money. Their customer support is dishonest, unprofessional, and completely useless. This platform is full of fake products, scams, and terrible service.

Avoid AliExpress at all costs.

@AliExpress_EN When I refused to pay without proof, they wouldn’t let me receive the package or document the charge. I contacted AliExpress customer support multiple times, explaining the situation and requesting a refund, but they outright refused.

@CacklingF @AliExpress_EN I will definitely be contacting my bank to report this incident and warn them about AliExpress and their fraudulent practices.

More importantly, I want to help others avoid falling into their trap.

People need to be fully aware of their scams and shady business practices.
