I am writing with deep concern regarding my new reMarkable Pro device (Serial No: RM02A005012103V), which I purchased less than 48 hours ago. To my distress, the screen has already become unusable, as shown in the attached photographs.

This device was a very expensive investment, and it is unacceptable that such a serious defect has appeared so soon after purchase. I expect an immediate resolution, either by way of replacement or full refund, as this is clearly a defective product.

Please confirm how you will resolve this issue without delay. If necessary, I am prepared to escalate the matter formally, including with the Ministry of Commerce, given that this situation raises serious questions about quality and consumer protection.

It’s important to draw a line between dynasty politics and family support. None of these people are ticket holders, ministers, or vice presidents of PTI. They have no official role in the party structure. What they are doing is standing by their relatives in court cases and fighting for their release, that is not politics, it’s family responsibility. Dynasty politics is when power is handed down through family connections in party hierarchies or government positions. Attending hearings or speaking for loved ones under trial doesn’t make someone a political heir, it makes them a son, daughter, or spouse doing what any family member would do in a time of crisis.
