Shoutout to @iancle1 for giving me an opportunity to participate in this showcase. FREE OF CHARGE at that. I couldn’t be more appreciative. This was one of the best basketball events i’ve been a part of in while!
@TBlazer5AS1 I’ve recently had a HS lax player with bad tendinitis tell me “hey coach my doctor said I can only lift upper body and not lower body”
Her dad was there and I just looked at him to make sure that’s what she meant and he just nodded and said “yeah she’s full cleared to play”
The biggest issue we see with HS athletes is the lack of development during the in-season period.
*Too tired
*Don’t want to be sore
*Don’t want it to interfere with games
The best thing you can do is build a plan and commit to it during the season.
