Due to what appears to be a reluctant and lackadaisical approach in resolving my P2P dispute involving a merchant known as SPEEDPAYER, I am left with no option but to present some of the evidence publicly for proper review.

1.The P2P MERCHANT named (SPEEDPAYER) submitted a suspected fake payment receipt from an unfamiliar and questionable platform called FLURRYPAY, as shown in image 1.

2.He also provided a bank statement allegedly from Safehaven Bank, which appears inconsistent. A receipt from FLURRYPAY and a statement from SAFEHAVEN Bank are clearly distinct and unrelated sources. This raises concerns about the verification process, as it suggests a possible lack of due diligence in the appeal review. This appears to be an avoidable oversight.

3. Upon cross-checking the bank statement with the transaction ID below: 090286260618054114809886183067,
none of the transactions in the 200+ pages statement correlate with this transaction ID.

These are only a few of the concerns identified so far. All evidence can be independently verified by your team upon proper review.

Lest year October 2025 I joined Perle, the time Zun posted about it. I went through with it, joined waitlist for their beta access. Fortunately I got waitlisted.

As a newbie in web3 I have never meet so friendly team and mod than Perle team. These guys are so amazing, so friendly, they gave us room to ask questions freely, they answered us, we become friends like a family, @alivinex2, @Eazyxbt,@xlordiot, @stwghthaiquocx, @Robertowallau we have nothing to say about them but to give them a credit for kindness.

Since I understand that the team are building a platform where human experts train Artificial intelligence. I impressed so much.

For me this is more like a data center for AI, built and designed to train Ai by the most efficient human intelligence.

Since i realized that the team building this has experience from both Meta, Amazon and other Big companies out thier, They obviously know what they are doing. And I must bullish on it. I will be invested here by being early, making contents, being part of the community and performing tasks. That was my stand for it.

As I keep contributing, at long last the team recognized me and awarded me a Navigator role in their discord server.

After finished beta access from October to December 2025, season 1 Jan to Match 2026, the team has taken snapshot for season 1 and the milestone showed the true scale of the community building sovereign, human-verified AI data infrastructure.

Q: How can I write more secure Smart Contracts?

A: By understanding this key principle: Smart Contracts are NOT SOFTWARE.

Smart Contracts are HARDWARE.

“Alex, WTF are you talking about?”… hear me out…

For the past 20 years, writing software has meant iterating quickly: Getting an MVP out there ASAP, moving fast, and breaking things.

So, what happens when something goes wrong? UI misalignment? No worries: 10-minute hotfix. 404 error? Release a patch.

Impact: Low,
Cost to fix: Low.

Software Engineers and Product teams approach software this way because it works. When the impact of issues is low, and the cost to fix them is low, the rapid feedback loop of agile development is extremely effective. The benefits outweigh the drawbacks. It’s a no-brainer.

Consider Hardware.

Developing Hardware is a very different experience. There’s no rapid feedback loop or moving fast and breaking things. When something goes wrong, the impact is NOT low. Phones combust in pockets. Planes go down. Rockets blow up.

How do these issues get fixed? Total recall, or sometimes, they just don’t.

Impact: High,
Cost to fix: High.

The process of idea to execution of a new piece of hardware looks nothing like the process of moving fast and breaking things. Every minute detail is mapped out and thought about way ahead of time. The testing/QA process is rigorous and grueling. There is no fallback. It needs to be right the first time.

When you think about Smart Contracts, which of these two buckets do they naturally fall into?

In Web3, when a Smart Contract has an issue, the impact is not just a disgruntled user, it’s often millions and, in some cases, billions of dollars. Fixing it is not a 10-minute hotfix, it’s a locked protocol, emergency upgrade (lol hello governance/more_bugs/centralization/etc), or no fix at all.

Smart Contracts are hardware.

Don’t take my word for it, the evidence is already here. Look at any of the major Blue-Chip Defi protocols that have lasted more than a couple of years. It’s clear that the development approach is similar to Hardware manufacturers.

Uniswap was a research paper well before any Solidity was written. Chainlink Labs releases research papers for every primitive they create, well before writing the software. AAVE is formally verified!

If you approach Smart Contract development with a “Move Fast and Break Things” mindset, you’re already doomed. This is the first mistake engineers make when they come into Web3 IMO.

Approach developing Smart Contracts like Intel approaches chip manufacturing.

Smart Contracts are Hardware.
