About me:

- Ex-founder of 2 startups - both raised funds but failed.
- Own a website building agency - only for side hustles and word of mouth clients

if you need any help in any of those fields, I would love to provide it during this weekend.
my inbox is open for requests and chitchats :D
@martechibra@jackfriks@marclou@levelsio landing page can be improved a lot. need to work on that asap. too much text, no good design which discourage me from even trying to understand whats the product is. good luck!
We charge $20,000+ to design and build a website.
Today, I’m giving away 12 unique website concepts (with full Figma files).
Want them?
Comment “Grab” & RT this post
I’ll DM you the files.
(must be following)
Hey everyone,
I've been working on a productivity app (todo) that takes a different approach to pricing. Instead of another subscription, it's a one-time purchase with lifetime updates.
If you're someone who:
- Is tired of subscription fatigue
- Prefers a "buy it once, use it forever" model
- Wants a familiar, clean interface without the recurring costs
I'm looking for early users to test it out.
The core features include project-based task management, priority levels, due dates, multiple views (list/kanban/calendar), and more features are being built as we speak :D
What to expect: Early bugs, but also the chance to shape the product and influence what gets built next.
DM me if you're interested in trying it out – I'd love to get feedback from people who are actually frustrated with the current options out there.
How to start doing automations today?
1. Pick one thing you find yourself (or others you know) doing repeatedly
2. Write down what could be the best outcome
3. Ask any AI tool how to do it, and just follow the instructions.
You will be surprised by how easy it is.
You can reach out if you need help!
@marclou stole my idea with https://t.co/s5RfFO5lEm 😡
Well, this is obviously not true and only a hook :) We are in 2025, "stealing an idea" is not even valid anymore. Having an idea doesn't matter. Executing it does.
And this post is proof of that.
Last August, among the many ideas I had for digital products was a database of saas products that are already making traction. Meaning ideas that are generating money.
How is this useful? Indie builders looking to start building products will have a curated database of validated ideas to:
- stop guessing what others are building AND working
- clone successful ideas
- iterate
SO, I jumped on Notion and started curating the "DontGuessDB".
Obviously, I dropped this project the next morning.
Fast forward, Mack Lou dropped TrustMRR. A tool that lists your saas revenue using your Stripe API read-only key.
This tool works as:
- a database of verified ideas
- a way of building trust around your brand
- a place for indie builders to get inspiration and clone successful ideas.
In 24 hours, he made $18k in 5 days.
How? -> Selling Ad Placement slots. Totally different from how I would have approached this. But, lesson is learned.
All of this is just proof of:
execution & distribution > idea & building.
What I did:
- curated ideas manually
- picked a different business model
- didn't have a ready-to-serve audience, or let's say, an engaged audience.
What Marc did:
- made builders add ideas themselves
- had a better and way EASIER method of validating ideas
- picked a matching business model
Marc didn't steal my idea. He just actually built a better one.
The gap between my Notion database and Marc's $18k wasn't talent or timing: it was action and audience.
The next time, along with the idea, there should be a HOT execution plan.

Nov 2024
No-coders: "These AI tools are game changers! Built this app in one week. SOLO!"
Nov 2025:
Vibe-coders: "How dare this AI not give me my app in 2 prompts!"
Many beginners are looking for ways to find clients and kickstart their career journey. They focus on:
- slick and shiny portfolios
- publishing posts like they already have clients paying them $$$$
- spend their energy searching for clients who 100% won't hire unless you are coming from their network
If you are just starting out, you need to do one thing:
- help others solve problems & provide value🥁
People will pay you for that even when you don't expect it.
I'm posting this because I, too, was reminded of this.
I just helped some guy on Reddit, and he just sent me $30 and, all I did was adding 2 n8n nodes in the right place. nothing more. just like that.
- I wasn't looking to get paid
- This is not my full-time job
- All it took was 2 n8n nodes.
You don't need any "pro tips" from your Skool guy.
Focus on:
- Reaching out to others
- Solve their problems.
You will get paid.
