और Modi-Shah सरकार का जवाब? लड़के-लड़कियों को सड़कों पर घसीटा जा रहा है। सैकड़ों हिरासत में हैं। उनका कसूर सिर्फ़ यह कि उन्होंने वोट चोरी पर सवाल पूछा।

बापू ने यही सिखाया था - सच बोलो, शांति से लड़ो। और यही सरकार को सबसे ज़्यादा डराता है।

क्योंकि लाठी से भीड़ रोकी जा सकती है, सवाल नहीं।

ज्ञानेश कुमार जाएँगे। और जिस सिस्टम ने उन्हें बिठाया है, वो भी जाएगा।

इलेक्शन कमीशन के अंदर हुई गड़बड़ी की @IndianExpress की जांच के 10 दिन बाद, चुनाव आयोग ने उन सभी 20 राज्यों को, जहां SIR है, रोल से ‘छूटे हुए’ वोटर्स को वापस लाने के लिए एक “स्पेशल ‘ड्राइव’ चलाने को कहा है। @RitikaChopra__

Today, along with my Cabinet colleagues and senior Congress leaders including Former CM Shri @siddaramaiah, KPCC President Shri @HariprasadBK2, DCM Shri @DrParameshwara I met the Chief Electoral Officer and submitted a detailed representation regarding the serious concerns over the alleged bulk filing of Form 7 applications seeking deletion of voters.

We have brought to the notice of the Election Commission several cases where Form 7 applications appear to have been generated and distributed at the grassroots level, containing EPIC numbers and details of voters. There are also complaints from citizens who have found their names or voting rights affected, with FIRs registered in different districts.

The Election Commission has assured us that action will be taken against anyone who knowingly makes false statements or declarations in Forms 6, 6A, 7 and 8.

ERO-level action under Section 31 of the Representation of the People Act, 1950, will follow an inquiry under Rule 20 of the Registration of Electors Rules, 1960.

The Election Commission has also directed that Form 7 applications for deletion on the grounds of death must be supported by a death certificate, while applications citing duplicate entries must mention the second EPIC number in the BLO remarks.

Whether the number is one, ten, 25,000 or 25 lakh, the investigation must take its own course. Where were these forms printed? How were they generated? Who distributed them?

It is my bounden duty as Chief Minister to protect the votes of the citizens of Karnataka and to protect every section of our people.

The FIRs already registered will be investigated by the police and the Government will not interfere in the process.

The law will take its own course. I will stand firmly with every voter and protect their right to vote.

ज्ञानेश कुमार के वोट चोरी के खिलाफ NSUI के पैदल शांति मार्च के दौरान NSUI के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष @VinodJakharIN सहित कई साथियों को हिरासत में लिया गया और पुलिस द्वारा बर्बरता की गई।

एक तरफ़ प्रधानमंत्री मोदी गांधी जी की प्रतिमा पर फूल चढ़ाकर अहिंसा का संदेश देते हैं, वहीं दूसरी तरफ़ लोकतंत्र की आवाज़ उठाने वाले छात्रों के साथ पुलिस से बर्बरता करवाते हैं। गांधी जयंती के दिन यह विरोधाभास देश के सामने एक बड़ा सवाल खड़ा करता है।

गांधी जी की विरासत सिर्फ़ फूल चढ़ाने तक सीमित नहीं, बल्कि सत्य, अहिंसा और लोकतांत्रिक आवाज़ के सम्मान में है। NSUI के साथियों की आवाज़ को हिरासत से दबाया नहीं जा सकता।

पूरा देश वोट चोरी के खिलाफ़ गुस्से में है - मगर फिर भी BJP-EC की बेशर्मी देखिए कैसे खुलेआम वही किए जा रहे हैं।

कर्नाटक के बेलगावी में एक झटके में लगभग 15 हजार वोटरों के नाम मिटाने की साजिश चल रही थी।

सिर्फ़ तीन दिनों - 22, 23 और 24 सितंबर - में इतने नाम वोटर लिस्ट से हटाने के लिए Form 7 की बाढ़ आ गई।

और निशाने पर कौन? मुसलमान, SC, ST और OBC। क्योंकि इनमें से ज़्यादातर लोग BJP के खिलाफ वोट डालते हैं।

मैंने वोट चोरी के इस तरीके का पहले ही पर्दाफाश किया था - Centralized तरीके से software के जरिए वोट delete किए जाते हैं। "चुनिंदा" लोगों के खिलाफ BJP और EC के लोगों द्वारा मिलकर automated तरीके से थोक में Form 7 भरे जाते हैं - और देखते ही देखते लाखों वोटर लिस्ट से गायब हो जाते हैं। और ये सब ऊपर से नियंत्रित किया जाता है।

कर्नाटक कांग्रेस के नेता इस वक्त कर्नाटक CEO के दफ़्तर में इसके दोषियों के ख़िलाफ़ FIR की मांग कर रहे हैं। CEO इस FIR से मना क्यों कर रहे हैं?

इस तरह से मोदी, शाह और ज्ञानेश मिल कर SIR के ज़रिए लोकतंत्र को खत्म कर रहे हैं। ये देशद्रोह है।

इसलिए मैं कह रहा हूं ज्ञानेश कुमार को इस्तीफा दे कर approver बन जाना चाहिए, और मोदी शाह के खिलाफ जांच होनी चाहिए।

'मुसहर हो... नहीं कराएंगे डिलिवरी'

- ये बात उस प्रेग्नेंट महिला से कही गई, जो डिलिवरी के लिए यूपी के एक सरकारी अस्पताल पहुंची थी।

जब अस्पताल ने महिला को एडमिट करने से मना कर दिया, तो मजबूरी में उन्हें सड़क किनारे ही बच्चे को जन्म देना पड़ा।

ये घटना सबूत है कि BJP सरकार में दलितों-आदिवासियों के साथ कैसा अमानवीय सुलूक किया जाता है।

मानवता को शर्मसार करती ऐसी घटनाएं BJP सरकार की पहचान बन चुकी हैं, लेकिन मोदी-योगी को अपनी फर्जी डींगें हांकने से फुर्सत कहां है!

मैं आज बालाघाट आ रहा हूं।

उन आदिवासी परिवारों से मिलने, जिन्होंने बीमारी और BJP सरकार की उपेक्षा के कारण अपने मासूम बच्चों को खोया है। उनके साथ वक्त बिताकर उन्हें बताना चाहता हूं कि इस दुख में वो अकेले नहीं हैं - मैं उनके साथ हूं।

कुछ दिनों पहले केन-बेतवा आंदोलन के आदिवासी भाई-बहनों से भी मिला था। परियोजना के कारण आज उनके गांव डूब रहे हैं, मगर सरकार से उन्हें न पुनर्वास मिला न मुआवज़ा - मिला है तो प्रताड़ना, सरकारी दमन और हिंसा।

इंदौर में ‘छात्रों की गूँज’ के दौरान भी आदिवासी छात्रों ने बताया - स्कूल नहीं हैं, कॉलेज बदहाल हैं, हॉस्टल और खाना नर्क जैसा, परीक्षाओं में धांधली और उनके आरक्षण के अधिकार से खिलवाड़ हो रहा है।

मध्यप्रदेश के आदिवासियों की ये तकलीफें BJP-RSS की उस सोच का हिस्सा हैं जो उन्हें भारत के पहले मालिक नहीं, वनवासी मानती है। जल, जंगल, जमीन के साथ शिक्षा, रोजगार और सम्मान भी छीन लेना चाहती है और अहंकार में वो कुछ सुनना नहीं चाहती।

आदिवासी भाई-बहनों को आश्वस्त करता हूं कि मैं आपके साथ हर संघर्ष में खड़ा हूं - आपकी आवाज़ बुलंद करना मेरी ज़िम्मेदारी है और मैं इस बहरी सरकार को वो पूरी शक्ति के साथ सुनाऊंगा।
