इटली जाने का मकसद यह है कि इटली ने भारत से इटली गये हुवे 4 जहाज़ों को रोक दिया है। इन जहाज़ों में करीब 800 टन मिलिट्री-ग्रेड स्टील है। यह स्टील इज़राइल जा रहा है। अगर यह कार्गो इज़राइल जाता है, तो इससे करीब 17 हज़ार गोले बनेंगे, जिनका इस्तेमाल गाज़ा पट्टी में किया जाएगा।

इटली की सरकार पर वहाँ के पोर्ट पर लेबर यूनियनों ने दबाव डालकर इन जहाज़ों को रोक दिया है। यह मिलिट्री स्टील भारत से इज़राइल ले जाया जा रहा है।

जब ईरान को इस बात का एहसास हुआ, तो उसने भारत को अपनी तेल सप्लाई कम कर दी। प्रधानमंत्री मोदी इटली इसलिए गए हैं ताकि दुनिया को इस बारे में पता न चले।

एपस्टीन फ़ाइल में प्रधानमंत्री मोदी का नाम आने के बाद हर देश उन पर दबाव बना रहा है।
