Local ♣️s then struggle to field Yth team in part due to messaging around importance of Sch&Col league

@edjenx The number of regional & capped u18s accepting unconditional uni offers with bursaries & access to BUCS rugby from Eng Unis can’t help.

Simple fix could be regions working in genuine partnership with Welsh Unis to match the offers from Exeter, Loughborough, Durham etc…
