Is this the customer experience Mahindra stands for?
My vehicle delivery has been repeatedly delayed, and instead of providing clear updates, the dealership staff have behaved rudely and disrespectfully. Extremely disappointed after placing my trust in the Mahindra brand.
I have booked my Xuv700 car on 26th of april and 2 weeks verbally and 4 weeks written waiting time was given to me, but i went today after so many calls, messages and repeated visits i have given more time to wait even after 8-9weeks, disgusting service by mahindra.
Infact my loan has been disbursed and two Emi’s has also been deducted.
Requesting urgent action and a clear delivery timeline.
