Thats where the drama begins when they were still wondering what's happening many law enforcement officials were the among others W/O Rikhotso was there, Sebola and the K&K brothers arrived and took over the scene and arrested shabas and his team. Later khan left and Kadwa took over the scene before handing it to Sebola.

Ganas was told to sit inside the bakkie that's where shabas said I'm connected let me call Mawela, Mawela was in a meeting he passed the phone to Mthombeni who then say bona we are busy here let me refer you to Shibiri. Shibiri whom they said he said I will come but never show up just asked if there's no way to solve this instead of arresting fellow cops.

After hearing this story the Commissioners asked him about his relationship with the NKU 🐑 he started by saying he's just an informer until WhatsApp chat were produced that where he sang another song saying he's like a brother.

When Evidence leader was going through the WhatsApp Shabas was having a selective amnesia he couldn't remember most of the chats except for the fact that he got money for renovation. Also we learnt through chats that he was having a parallel p force where Saps members were helping him and NKU in return they got some cash which he called a side Hustle.

We learnt about Ayanda and Khensani who were allegedly accused of stealing Gold and platinum at the airport that belongs to NKU boss. So his side hustle boys were supposed to grab them, unfortunately we never got to know what really happened to them.

Also he insisted that him and NKU use to boost each other financial but the money he got never reached 50k. He also was asked about who's DD he tried to hide who which DD were him and NKU talking about, until it was proven that they were talking about the late Deputy President.

Also in the chats Mme mazibuko's name was mentioned where he was saying things will be better since she's back. The was also a fake diesel matter where he was having selective amnesia.

It was put to him that NKU was having 60k cash with him on that fateful day in Aeroton and he said he don't know why but blame khan and other saps hawks members of being untrustworthy.

Advocate Khumalo also told him that he's the one who has cause division within Saps and hawks members by interfering in their work by creating a parallel p force from different station instead he should have called Alberton police

We Saw through the testimony that he was so invasive, arrogant, rude at times and avoided questions but answer when he wants. Up to where he told Advocate V8 Khumalo that he chose not to see.

He also took the opportunity to tell us that Faith Mazibuko is a good person she is not connected to any wrong doings she's like a mother to him.

As he concludes he took his time to tell the Commission that he might seem like a bad rude person but he's not, he appreciated what the commission is doing and notes that it's a good legacy to the coming generations.

Mkhulu Madlanga, Baloyi and Khumalo didn't have any remarks concerning the speech.
He just told him he's excuse and let us know that we adjourned until Wednesday 09:30.
