First you claimed Islam teaches Allah loves sin.
Now your asking where Islam demands humans be perfect.
Muslims never claimed humans are sinless. The whole point of the hadith is that humans fail and repent not that Allah approves of evil.
A judge pardoning a criminal does not mean the judge approves of crime.
Likewise Allah forgiving repentant sinners does not mean Allah loves sin.

The hadith doesnt say Allah hates righteous people it says humans are imperfect and Allah forgives repentance. Confusing forgiveness with endorsement is basic level logic failure.
