Manipur Dy CM @LDikho51792 says Kuki Militants under Suspension of Operations (SoO) involved in abduction and killing of 6 Naga civilians, and appealed to PM @narendramodi for action.

Dear @LDikho51792 under SOO, the Joint Monitoring Committee is headed by the Principal Secy, Home, Manipur Govt and the state is responsibile for enforcement of ground rules (as per publicly available earlier SOO agreements).

So, you don't need to appeal to anyone. The Govt of Manipur @YKhemchandSingh is obligated to take action against these Militants.
Law and Order in any case is a State subject.

Sir, please take action. If you can't, don't make such statements, Manipur is tired of such hollow statements.

SHOCKER: a BSF jawan’s house targeted by a suspected rocket attack in Manipur. His 2 little children who were sleeping have been killed (the pictures are gruesome), his wife seriously injured. Incident happened in Moirang along the sensitive hill-valley boundary. Kuki armed group suspected to be behind attack. TERRIBLE. TRAGIC. Prayers for the family of the victims. 🙏🙏
