Advo Daniel Malesela Teffo was acquitted on all six charges that the Legal Practice Council brought against him in 2023. Teffo was struck from the roll, as a result of these charges against him. The LPC must now reinstate him and enrol him again on the roll of Advocates.

The High Court has ruled in favour of the City, setting aside NERSA’s invalid Mooikloof power supply deal. Protecting municipal revenue means protecting service delivery, infrastructure, and residents.

Good governance wins.
