Detailed representations regarding the suspicious death of minor Late Raj Anuragi (Kori), aged about 16 years, Harpalpur, Chhatarpur, have already been emailed to the SP and DM/Collector, Chhatarpur, along with the Zero FIR, Post-Mortem Report, photographs and supporting documents.

Despite repeated attempts to contact the concerned senior district authorities, no substantive response has been received so far.

The bereaved SC family seeks only a FAIR, SCIENTIFIC, IMPARTIAL & TIME-BOUND INVESTIGATION, preservation of crucial forensic/digital/railway evidence, investigation of the role of all persons named in the FIR, protection of the family/witnesses, and immediate statutory relief and rehabilitation under the SC/ST Act.

A 16-year-old child has lost his life. The family deserves TRUTH, PROTECTION & JUSTICE.

Kindly take urgent cognizance and ensure appropriate action. 🙏

🚨 URGENT APPEAL FOR JUSTICE FOR MINOR LATE RAJ ANURAGI (KORI), CHHATARPUR, MP 🚨

I seek urgent intervention in the deeply disturbing death of Late Raj Anuragi (Kori), aged about 16 years, resident of Harpalpur, District Chhatarpur, Madhya Pradesh.

A Zero FIR was registered at PS Mahobkanth, District Mahoba (UP) and subsequently transferred to PS Harpalpur, District Chhatarpur (MP).

The family has alleged that Raj was murdered and that his body was subsequently found in the railway-track area. His Post-Mortem Report records the cause of death as:

“Shock and hemorrhage due to ante mortem injuries.”

Detailed representations, along with the FIR, complete Post-Mortem Report, photographs and other relevant material, have already been emailed to the SP and District Magistrate, Chhatarpur. Unfortunately, no substantive response has been received so far.

Today, I repeatedly attempted to contact the senior district authorities during office hours, but could not establish communication. Yesterday, when I was able to speak briefly with the concerned senior police authority, I found the response unfortunately unsatisfactory and non-cooperative considering the seriousness and sensitivity of the death of a 16-year-old child.

We are NOT asking the authorities to prejudge the guilt of anybody.

We respectfully demand:

1. A FAIR, SCIENTIFIC & TIME-BOUND INVESTIGATION into the circumstances leading to Raj's death.

2. Preservation and examination of CCTV footage, CDR/mobile-location data, railway records, digital evidence and all relevant forensic/biological evidence.

3. Investigation of the role of all persons named in the FIR and appropriate legal action strictly in accordance with the evidence and law.

4. Protection of Raj's parents, sister/complainant and other material witnesses.

5. Immediate statutory relief and rehabilitation of the bereaved SC family under the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act/Rules.

6. ₹1 CRORE financial assistance/compensation to the bereaved family, including applicable statutory and additional Government relief.

7. Suitable Government employment for one eligible member of the bereaved family, subject to applicable rules/policy.

8. A supplementary expert/Forensic Medical Board opinion, wherever appropriate, to scientifically examine whether the complete injury pattern is consistent with railway impact and whether any injuries indicate another mechanism preceding the railway trauma.

A 16-year-old child has lost his life. His grieving family deserves TRUTH, PROTECTION AND JUSTICE.

I respectfully request the Hon'ble Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh, senior police leadership, District Administration and concerned constitutional/statutory authorities to take immediate cognizance and ensure a transparent, impartial and professionally supervised investigation.
