Fascinating, but no surprise here based on prior literature! I hope for the day when we approach this devastating syndrome with a more empiric, multi-modal, “oncologic-esque” approach directed at various stages of the B cell lifespan (e.g., CD20 + plasma cell targeting, etc.).
