Yes you can stick with the lavender as it’s the magnesium that is drying the skin out. Just make sure to moisturise when using it wash off after 20 mins. Once it’s sank on you no longer need it on your skin.

They say up to 75% of the population are magnesium deficient due to not getting enough into our diets. Magnesium is a VITAL mineral that is essential for healthy muscles, nerves, bones and blood sugar levels. I hope I'm wrong.

But tonight feels like some sort of invisible line has been crossed that we didn't even know was there. The last time I felt like this was 9/11 when it was clear, without knowing the how and the what, that the world was about to change forever.

Like the rules of the game had been permanently altered and there was simply no going to back to the innocent, peaceful past.

I didn't feel like this when an attempt was made on President Trump's life. If I had to rationalise why I didn't, I guess it's because several US Presidents have been shot at and even assassinated. Somehow it was within the realms of the possible, no matter how awful.

But to murder a young father simply for doing debates and mobilising young people to vote for a party that represents half of America? This is something else.

Charlie's death is a tragedy for his wife, his children and his family. I don't pray often. I am praying for them tonight.

But I fear his murder will be a tragedy for all of us in ways we will only understand as time unfolds.

I suspect they are planning one of two possible events The first is a large-scale civil unrest that they will orchestrate, they need to paint you as right-wing extremists and a threat to national security.

They will then roll out the solution.. Draconian madness to include a digital ID  - to protect us all.

The reality is it'll be many well-trained MI6 operatives and military/plain clothes units will be amongst you.

It has to be made to look "convincing" so they will cover it well with cameras and they may even declare martial law and use the phone emergency broadcast bullshit siren to further escalate and frighten the masses into buying their bullshit..
Perhaps they will even "lose control" of London for a few hours.
It has to be convincing to the weak minded who follow the TV like a god.

The other significant possibility is a large-scale "terror attack", possibly with what is said to be a "stolen lorry driving through people" and a "mentally ill man" driving it - who just happens to be an illegal immigrant extremist.

One that the cobra committee then concede "slipped through the weak and dated security net"

Many hundreds of deaths not only from the lorry injuries but the ensuing stampede to get clear of it of people shoulder to shoulder in London streets protesting, probably a million plus..

A gathering like this, of the most defiant people, Its a blank canvass for these criminal bastards and government alike, they crave the reason o get rid of you or see you killed.
You are amongst those most awake.

There would be hundreds of deaths under a lorry that day, a national outrage would follow and it would of course be very racially aggravating when they declare its a London man - who in reality is a portrayed as a Muslim.
I bet the government planning this might even make provision for such a mass death event..

It wont be organic, it'll be a man that the CIA or MI6 or both have brainwashed and radicalized for the task, he will of course be shot dead at the scene.
So more divide and conquer as well.

The Govt will say he "slipped through the failing old security net" and on the back of these hundreds of deaths and public outrage and support they will easily push through the need for a digital ID - to keep us all safe.
Because clearly a better security system is needed - to keep us all safe.

Look at all the football home games being played in London that day, everyone will be in London and on the streets as they shut the tube as well.

Closed due to "industrial action" not due to them, due to someone else..

How many coincidences do you need.

People Fizzing with anger after a non stop bear baiting of wrongs for months..
A "terrorist" could only dream of this opportunity is their story.

both solutions will be digital ID, im leaning towards the terror attack. But they could even do both.

I think a terror attack would certainly bring out a lot of civil unrest, a threat to national security - with the corresponding response..

Everyone wants a hero, me included, people will follow a hero into war.

But they want a hero so badly they do not consider if perhaps if that hero is a hero at all, or perhaps just a player in the game.
Always remember the real hero is you.
