“Instead of going through the formality of introducing a 27th constitutional amendment through a sham parliament, it would be better to openly declare a monarchy, because what exists today is outright dictatorship, forcibly imposed on the country.

The very foundation of Pakistan was laid on La Ilaha Illallah (There is no god except Allah), a declaration that liberates mankind from all forms of slavery. Our country was freed from British rule through immense sacrifices to establish a nation where every citizen would enjoy personal liberties. But the situation is completely the opposite. A mafia seeks to keep the entire nation enslaved. I am willing to endure solitary confinement in a dark prison cell, but I will never accept slavery. And that is my message to everyone: it is better to choose imprisonment than to live in such bondage. What is the value of freedom if, outside these walls, we are not truly free? Iqbal’s Shaheen (eagle) soars high, it does not live in servitude.

I give this call to the entire nation, especially to the workers and supporters of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf: Launch a movement after Ashura against the tyrannical system that has gripped this country. For me, death would be better than accepting a system built on slavery.

Every attempt is being made to suppress my voice so that my message does not reach the people and no one dares to stand up against oppression. But I will resist tyranny until my very last breath. I have complete faith in my Creator that this shadow of injustice will soon be lifted from Pakistan.

There are four pillars integral to any democracy: the right to vote, the rule of law, moral integrity, and a free press. The 26th Constitutional Amendment has effectively dismantled all four:

1. The Right to Vote: A dictator has no need for public mandate; he governs through force. The illegitimate assemblies formed via Forms-47, and the subsequent distribution of reserved seats, have only reinforced the perception among the people that their votes hold no value.

2. The Rule of Law: The judiciary has been reduced to a subordinate department of the government. Courts are packed with handpicked judges, while independent judges have been silenced. This is a hallmark of martial law, not democracy.

3. Moral Fabric of Society: This amendment has buried all ethical values. Individuals who are not true representatives of the people now occupy seats in the assemblies. Horse-trading of assembly members continues with impunity, and even the judiciary operates under the thumb of this mafia.

4. Free Media: Under a dictatorship, the media is bound in chains. Freedom of expression has been entirely curbed. Independent journalists are being targeted, while the rest have been bought off.

Peaceful protest is a fundamental democratic and constitutional right. Yet, 26 of our MPAs were suspended for staging a protest in the Punjab Assembly. I commend Ahmad Bhachar and all PTI MPAs who had the courage to challenge these pharaohs. Until our 26 members are reinstated, our elected representatives should hold their own assembly outside. The Form-47-based assemblies do not represent the people, in any case.”

Iran’s breach is a lesson for everyone:

There are three main ways Israel is believed to have identified the locations of Iranian leaders:

1- Insiders within the Iranian establishment.

2- Device-based tracking.
We all know that iPhones are equipped with location-tracking features.
More importantly, it is highly likely that Israel proactively acquired a large number of used phones or other electronic devices, such as Japanese Sony cameras, installed tracking and surveillance components on them, and then smuggled them into Iran through covert channels.
Some individuals within Iranian authorities may have used these devices, inadvertently revealing the locations of Iranian leaders.

3- Software-based tracking.
The use of Western platforms such as X, YouTube, and Facebook can also expose users’ locations.

Iranian officials are therefore advised to abandon the use of Western software and instead import their needs in brand-new phones and electronic devices directly from Chinese factories. They should also avoid trusting used Chinese devices or those transferred through intermediaries, due to the potential presence of pre-installed tracking equipment.

“وادی تیراہ میں بمباری سے معصوم بچوں، عورتوں اور عام شہریوں کے جانی نقصان پر میں شدید رنجیدہ ہوں۔ میں ایک سال سے بارہا اس بارے میں پیغام بھیج رہا ہوں کہ ان علاقوں میں آپریشن نہ کیا جائے اور نہ ہی collateral damage کے نام پر معصوم لوگوں کی جانوں کا ضیاع ہونا چاہیئے، کیونکہ اس سے دہشتگردی میں مزید اضافہ ہوتا ہے- افسوس کی بات ہے کہ خیبرپختونخوا حکومت اس معاملے میں اسٹیبلشمنٹ کے ٹریپ میں آگئی ہے۔

ہمارے پڑوسی ملک افغانستان کی مثال سب کے سامنے ہے۔ ہمارے دور میں اشرف غنی نے ہمیں بتایا کہ آپریشن سے دہشتگردی میں اضافہ ہوتا ہے کیونکہ معصوم لوگ مارے جاتے ہیں اس سے پہلے حامد کرزئی نے امریکیوں کو بتایا تھا کہ جب بھی آپریشن ہوتا ہے بے گناہ لوگ مارے جاتے ہیں اور ان میں سے 90 فیصد طالبان کے ساتھ اس لیے شامل ہوتے ہیں تاکہ اپنے غم و غصے کا اظہار کر سکیں۔

ہم نے اپنے دور میں افغانستان کے ساتھ تعلقات بہتر کیے جس سے ہمارے قبائلی علاقوں میں بھی امن آیا، مگر عاصم منیر نے آتے ہی اس ماحول کو خراب کرنے کی کوشش کی۔ افغانستان کے خلاف دھمکی آمیز بیانات دئیے گئے، دہائیوں سے مقیم افغان مہاجرین کو خوش اسلوبی سے نہیں بلکہ دھکے دے کر ملک بدر کیا گیا اور وہاں ڈرون حملے کیے گئے جس سے تعلقات مزید خراب ہوئے۔

عاصم منیر کے یہ سب کرنے کے پیچھے یہ مقاصد ہیں
1) خیبرپختونخوا میں تحریک انصاف کی حکومت کو غیر مقبول کرنا
2) مغرب میں اینٹی طالبان لابیز کو خوش کرنا اور یہ ظاہر کرنا کہ عاصم منیر دہشتگردی کے خلاف جنگ لڑ رہا ہے

عاصم منیر ساری دنیا میں پھر رہا ہے لیکن اگر تدبر سے کام لے تو سب سے پہلے افغانستان جا کر ان سے بات کرنی چاہیے، جو ہمارا برادر اسلامی ملک بھی ہے اور جن کے ساتھ ہم ڈھائی ہزار کلو میٹر کی سرحد رکھتے ہیں۔ قبائلی علاقوں اور خطے کے امن کے لیے ضروری ہے کہ چار فریقین افغانستان کی حکومت، پاکستانی حکومت، قبائلی اور افغانی عوام مل کر بات چیت کے ذریعے مسائل کا حل نکالیں تاکہ امن کا راستہ نکلے اور مزید نقصان سے بچا جا سکے”

میں رات ساڑھے گیارہ (11:30)بجے مرکزی سیکرٹریٹ پہنچا۔ پولیس کی بھاری نفری موجود تھی۔ سی ڈی اے کے افسر بھی موجود تھے۔ ابھی آپریشن شروع نہیں ہوا تھا۔ میں نے ان سے کہا کہ اگر کوئی آرڈر ہے تو بتائیں۔ ان کے پاس کوئی نوٹس نہیں تھا۔ میں نےکہا کہ اگرکوئی تجاوزات ہیں تو بتائیں ہم اس کےخود خلاف ہیں۔ہمیں آج تک کوئی نوٹس نہیں ملا کہ یہاں کوئی تجاوزات ہیں۔ اسکے باوجود انہوں توڑ پھوڑ کی۔
