The reason why @MicroStrategy buys 1 Billion worth of Bitcoin and prices start same is because it purchases the coins OTC (over the counter)
Meanwhile if it's to sell even 32 BTC the price drops is because of 2 reasons.
1 ~ It sells at market price draining liquidity.
2 ~ It creates selling pressure across all the crypto world
