@voc_automotive past 1 year I am doing service in VOC Alwal ,owner name Rao.
Last service on April 11th in that service they have taken 3000 Rs by telling chain need to replace and I agreed for the same however now my vehicle struggling after service.

Everytime your team giving different answer also telling plz wait for 48 hour before that we can't do anything.

After I told transfer to senior shr kept the call on hold & after that call disconnected by her what a service.

@boAtSupport1 Really very pathetic service from boat,never expected this kind of services.There is no option to connect with customer on voice call.
I have ordered a product & it's in warranty but I have uploaded the screenshot of invoice.

@boAtSupport1 Merchant team took 6 days of time to get the invoice copy but while trying to upload in the link it's invalid so requested to raise new ticket but still the old ticket is active.

My ticket is invalid to upload the invoice than how come the ticket is active.
