My Ola scooter (Ticket No. #13515860) suddenly stopped while riding in Normal Mode. Even after giving the accelerator, the scooter is not moving at all. I had to park it midway, causing major inconvenience and leaving me stranded. please provide me help.

@OlaElectric I charged my scooter on 19 March night from 35% to 65%, then unplugged it. By morning, without any usage, battery dropped to 45%. This clearly indicates a serious battery issue.

Such abnormal battery behavior has been noticed earlier as well, and now the issue has become clearly evident. I have attached app screenshots as proof. There is no proper option in your app to report battery-related problems, which is unacceptable.
