@LoblawsON I used to buy the shrimp in the first picture. It was excellent. Then Loblaws stopped carrying it and replaced it with that in the second picture. When I tried this new shrimp it was so bad I tried to complain but was rebuffed. Tried it again. It is AWFUL. Please! Why?

@UPSHelp_CA I am beyond frustrated. I wasted an entire day yesterday waiting for a package scheduled to be delivered yesterday. Today all customer support can say is it will come between 9:00-7:00 today. Not good enough! UPS is destroying my ability to function. Nobody will help!
