I’ve never even thought about flying another airline for years. Now I’m actively shopping for other airlines so I don’t have to listen to the constant begging at the gate. If you can’t accommodate, make changes. Figure it out.
Hey @SouthwestAir, you started charging for checked bags, and now we have to listen to you beg for people to gate check their carry-on bags 47 times while we’re waiting at the gate? And you blame the passengers for any delays due to them not checking their carry-ons? 🙄
Maybe you should just limit passengers to one personal carry-on item. How about making us stand instead of sit? How about making the passengers clean the plane when they arrive at the gate? Please get it together.
I'm been hold for 35 minutes with @PrimoWater to try to cancel my account. Every 30 seconds a recording tells me to go to the website because their wait times are off the charts. Guess what you can't do on the website? Shocking. Not sure what happened with this merger, but WTF.

Stay far, far away from @PrimoWater . There's been a merger of some sort and I'm now sitting on a broken dispenser, which I'm paying for, for over a week now and I can't get a straight answer out of them. No phone number on the website, no chat agents available.
@JDbumblebee@primobrands@Costco Not to mention the fact that chat agents are never available, there's no phone number on the site, and they don't reply to emails. The only way I've been able to talk to them is through Facebook Messenger. WTAF. I'm cancelling today. This is bullshit.
@JDbumblebee@primobrands@Costco It's the worst ever now. My dispenser is no longer working, so I scheduled a replacement for 5/21. They never showed up. Website just shows "in progress." I reached out, they said escalated to today. Didn't show up. I contacted them and they said 5/27. WTF
@amazon If you want me to use your app so bad by forcing me to close this banner ad every time I visit your site, you need to enable buying @AmazonKindle content from it. How is this still not possible?
I bought a @prologixpads Travelite practice pad on Monday. Today I saw them advertise a Memorial Day sale. 15% off plus free shipping on all orders. I contacted them today to see if I could get the difference refunded and they refused and said all sales are final. Buyer beware.
