@JarrodsTech I haven't used Windows in over a decade. Work is Mac, personal use Linux. And over time running games over Linux has become easier. So now both my desk and laptop on which I regularly game run only Linux.
@whylifeatall@paraschopra But economics, forces specific growth opportunities where they will be cheapest to execute, i.e. developing countries (mostly). That is what we will see till conditions are developed for everyone.
@whylifeatall@paraschopra The answer is overall opportunity for growth. That means new frontiers, possibly space / other planets, or nearer home, vertical farming, lab grown meat, and freeing up land for wildlife.
@whylifeatall@paraschopra There is no end goal of 'fully developed'. The definition is relative. 100 years ago, it would have been defined as food, clothing, and warm place to sleep. 100 years from now, it will be making sure everyone has access to good health and nutrition and full access to education.
@Shakti_Shetty In old Charlie Chaplin movies, slipping on a banana peel wasn't representing banana peel, it was a nicer way of showing slipping on dung. It was a common occurrence and everyone got the reference. The streets were that full of horseshit.
