There is a vehicle (Bentley) currently being repossessed by the Special Investigating Unit (SIU) allegedly belonged to Hangwani Maumela before changing ownership four times since October last year (when we broke the story of authorities conducting a raid at his Oxford Road residence)
Records indicate that the vehicle is now registered to Luthaga Trading, a company linked to Maumela's sister. However, despite reportedly being sold for R3 million, the Bentley remains in the possession of the dealership.
Basically, the car changed ownership multiple times WHILE it stayed at the dealership all along.
The dealership is owned by Yusuf Omar, who is scheduled to appear in court on 3 July to explain why he should not be arrested for allegedly being in contempt of court.
The SIU is continuing its investigations into the ownership and movement of assets linked to the matter involving Maumela.

🇿🇦🔥Rumours circulating in South Africa claim:
President Ramaphosa allegedly refused to appoint Lt Gen Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi as National Police Commissioner because he and the ANC’s “Big 5” are reportedly planning to arrest him instead.
Sources allege that Cat Matlala is trying to strike a deal to frame Mkhwanazi with the very corruption he is investigating — similar to what allegedly happened with Fannie Masemola.
There are also claims that once Brown Mokgoetsi is arrested, several key witnesses and “loose ends” will be assassinated, as Mokgoetsi is seen as a dangerous direct link between the ANC and the Big 5. Rumours suggest that if he cuts a deal with SAPS (especially PKTT), it could be the beginning of the end for the ANC.
Why target Mkhwanazi? According to these rumours, Mkhwanazi and the PKTT unit’s investigations are very advanced and could lead to the arrest of Ramaphosa and several top ANC members for massive corruption dating back to the 2010 World Cup (an era also linked to the controversial “suicide” of Nathi Mthethwa).
Mkhwanazi reportedly referenced this during the Madlanga and Ad Hoc commissions, warning he called the 7 July media briefing to prevent a repeat of the 2010–2011 looting, in which over R700 billion was allegedly stolen through illegal tenders.
Other alleged recent scandals uncovered by PKTT include:
•Deploying SANDF members for just 1–2 weeks at a cost of nearly R1 billion.
•Printing money with errors and diverting it to the wrong hands.
•Stealing taxpayer funds and laundering them abroad by exchanging them for dollars.
These are all unconfirmed rumours at this stage.

Sizwe Mpofu Walsh got a law degree just because.
The man also has a PhD from Oxford University and has written two books which have sold more copies than others. We must put some respect on his name.
There are some people who act like they are the only ones who can speak about the law online as if they were anointed by Pius Langa.
