@FedExHelp I’ve been waiting all day for a perishable package that was guaranteed delivery today/shipped on 12/20, was out for delivery in Alpharetta, Ga at 9 AM today. Now I’m being told it’ll arrive on 12/26. It is perishable- it will spoil. How can I get this asap? @FedEx

@tracymoran @FedEx Everyone who was involved in finding my medication and getting it to me, was at a luncheon in my honor, including the UPS, CEO, and their medical recovery team. @UPS went above and beyond, and was outstanding in every way. They are the gold standard & exceptional.

@tracymoran @FedEx Another of the @UPS executives came to my house on Christmas Eve to tell me they were working to get the medication to me & I would have it the next day in New York City. I mean talk about going above and beyond.

@tracymoran @FedEx Very frustrating isn’t it? Years ago, a cancer chemo oral medication was due to my house UPS showed adelay on it. I was headed to NYC early the next morning. UPS had an executive fly to NYC meet me at my hotel to hand-deliver my chemo.
