Our last Young STEM leader takeover from Amber and Kyle for #LGBTHM21 Sally Ride was the first American woman to enter space in 1983, after joining NASA in 1978 being a highly acclaimed physicist. She is still to this day the youngest American to enter space at the age of 32.
