Hi @TH_GoIndigo yesterday my sister called your customer care to find a way to get her life saving meds through security. Please note the team was extremely unhelpful and cut her call midway without providing a solution and never called her back. You customer care does not care.
Hey @flyspicejet your customer care team has been lying for past 2 weeks. My direct flight to Mumbai now has a 11hrs layover in Delhi. I'd asked for as lounge access & was assured I will be provided the same only to denied at the last minute. Shame on you all. Complaint #7295904

Hi @IndiGo6E I was charged cancellation on credit shell created due to Covid cancellation! I don't know why you guys are the only one making money this way during pandemic!!
@UC_Assist Hi @UC_Assist we have spoken to you about a 100 times so unless you are ready to return our money back or share contact details of the people who stole our money I don't want to chat with you. Mention your next steps here.
Use @urbancompany_UC if you are planning to get terrible service, have money stolen from your house, plants vandalised, and your personal items broken. And, after all this if you decide to raise a complaint be ready to face their nameless/ useless customer service team :)
Do go ahead and use @urbancompany_UC for the worst service possible. After all companies like these exists to take our well earned money and cause stress and make our life miserable. One good side effect is that you realise pandemic is not as bad as these big companies :)
So start by adding mental exhaustion caused by talking for endless hours to the customer service team of @urbancompany_UC who even for FIR (their suggestion) will not share the non-verified, thieving, staff details and safe guard the thieves further :)
.What a diwali I had! On 14th Nov '20 I hired @urbancompany_UC for complete deep house cleaning. Not only I got a shoddy service: 3 men came, took 8 hours!!! to clean the house, broke one of my toilet cistern, broke my plants, broke my hanging mirror's hook.

Learnings -6. Being civil over the calls with the customer service doesn't help you in any way. They are protecting themselves and @urbancompany_UC
They don't give give two hoots about your ordeal.
Learnings - 4. Don't expect @urbancompany_UC to be on your side if something has wrong with the service. THEY WON'T HELP YOU. Don't pay the workers till you are satisfied with the job even if it means paying later online or pending the payment.
Learnings - 3. Don't pay @urbancompany_UC workers any extra money or be humane to them. They obviously don't understand kindness especially. It's a bitter reality of life that I have learnt over & over again. People & big corporates like @urbancompany_UC don't care about you.
Learnings - 2. If you hire @urbancompany_UC for services, don't keep any valuables or even small amount of money is your house. Too bad you have to face this major convenience. The workers might steal something and @urbancompany_UC WILL NOT HELP YOU.
Learnings - 1. Don't hire @urbancompany_UC for any work. They don't hire workers directly. They have a network of unverified contractors. These contractors don't do any background check on the workers so you maybe getting a thief or rapist or a murder into your house when alone.
