@zomato kindly request to update the live tracking order timings accurately. When the order is placed expected time is 25-30 mins, so when you come after 30 mins don't fool us to show just 20 mins again without any indication. Its basic math hope you guys have idea on this.

Zomato is run by full of pathetic people and careless support staff they just care about their PR campaings.
Living in dead centre of Mumbai in Goregaon(w) & they can't deliver what they promise, delays are acceptable sometimes but in every order you place and 1-1.30hr delays?

@zomato @zomatocare ignore other issues in the attached recording just see how many times i have been approaching support for just getting my food. Just see the time i spent just for food waiting everytime i reach to support. Atleast train your support team to give proper results

@zomato @zomatocare @deepigoyal atleast show true timings on dashboard don't try to fool people around. Atleast we will have idea preorder that you guys have no capability to deliver within time you gave. SO will not order anything if we have idea about the timings

This guys do multiple deliveries at runtime after order is picked at a time and people like us suffer eat bad quality food or stay hungry, why because we paid and no one cares how much you complain about delays @zomato @zomato.
