Speed post services need an upgrade dear minister, 5 days and parcel still not delivered from one part of India to another.. kindly update the system and the staff. Highly disappointed !!

@GoFirstairways Stop sending these automated replies to the passengers who booked with you .
As per the guidelines issued by DGCA you ar supposed to refund all the passengers whose flight has been cancelled..

Issue the refunds rather than just sending these baseless replies.

I had booked a Gofirst flight from Pune to Delhi 3 weeks prior . Today I received a simple text msg that my flight for tomorrow is cancelled and no flight is available before the 5th.

I am a mother of a 3 year old and stranded here.
